- By submitting a URL, you acknowledge that the payment
is for a review
of that URL, and does not constitute inclusion in the Indexzilla Web
Directory.
- We cannot be held responsible for the content of any
sites listed in our directory
- Indexzilla reserves the right at any time to modify
or discontinue the Services provided (or any part thereof) with or
without notice.
- Indexzilla reserves the right to modify the title,
description and category of the submitted sites.
- Indexzilla reserves the right to remove sites accepted if
they no longer meet our quality guidelines or break the TOS without
issuing a refund of the original payment.
- Submission fees are refundable only in the case of rejection, no refunds will be issued if the submission is modified, moved.
